WPI manifested for at least 3 months
Atleast 11/19 tender points affected
Exclusion Criteria
Any other chronic pain conditions than FM
Pregnancy, lactation and irregular menstrual cycle (Female patients)
Alcoholism and Drug addiction
Implants or pacemakers
Any Neurological Disorders
Chronic Systemic disease
Traumatic injuries
