Inclusion Criteria
- •Hba1c level\-5\.7 to 6\.4%
- •BMI \>23\.5
- •1st degree relative with diabetes
- •age\-18 to 45
Exclusion Criteria
- •recent surgeries
- •patient with chronic renal failure
- •patient on dialysis
- •women who are pregnant
