Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Hba1c level\-5\.7 to 6\.4%
  • •BMI \>23\.5
  • •1st degree relative with diabetes
  • •age\-18 to 45

Exclusion Criteria

  • •recent surgeries
  • •patient with chronic renal failure
  • •patient on dialysis
  • •women who are pregnant
