Inclusion Criteria
1 Patients with mild to moderate COPD, admitted in the wards.
2 Age 40 years and above
3 Both males and females
Exclusion Criteria
The COPD patients those who are,
1. in acute exacerbation
2. with severe dyspnea.
3. mentally ill and who have participated in any pulmonary rehabilitation program for the past 6 months.
