1.Inpatients at KH Manipal
2.Patients diagnosed with sepsis or septic shock clinically by the treating physician
3.SOFA score (more than or equal to 2 from baseline) (according to Sepsis 3 guidelines)
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women
Age <18years
Patients refusing to participate in the study

Name Time Method The distribution & prevalence of ocular findings in Sepsis in terms of age <br/ ><br>group, gender, comorbidities, site of involvement within the eye will be measured through this <br/ ><br>study.Timepoint: The specific time point will be the time when they are diagnosed with sepsis, they will be subjected to ophthalmological evaluation.
