Inclusion Criteria
With diabetes mellitus type II diagnosed for at least five years; Registered in HIPERDIA; Age above eighteen years; participate voluntarily in the study after signing the consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
Foot ulcers, amputations of the lower limbs, diagnosed hypertension, thrombosis, deficits in cognitive ability, previous treatment with reflexology, give up voluntarily participate in the research at any time of the study.

Name Time Method The foot reflexology can be used as a treatment for the feet of patients with diabetes mellitus by decreasing capillary glucose, increase tissue temperature of the feet, reduce plantar pressure and increase the commitment of scores of feet.;Patients will be evaluated at three time points before the intervention, after six sessions of reflexology and after twelve sessions. The improvement is evaluated by measuring the blood glucose by a portable glucometer, check the temperature of the tissue through medical thermography, plantar pressure assessment by baropodômetro and score commitment toes by applying the rating scale of the feet of patients with diabetes mellitus.
