- •Anterior circulation aneurysms,
- •Planned aneurysm clipping,
- •Pre operative Hunt and Hess grade I II and III
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status more than III
- •Posterior circulation aneurysm
- •Multiple aneurysms
- •Allergy to known local anaesthetics
- •Pregnant women
