Inclusion Criteria

Age sixty years and older
Mild to moderate osteoarthritis diagnosed by a doctor
no thrombosis, bleeding, bruising in the lower extremities
Lack of skin disease in the lower extremities -
Do not use anticoagulants or coagulation problems
No injections in the knee during the last year
Joint surgery or joint replacement in the lower limb
Lack of massage therapy during the study and in the last three months
No severe osteoarthritis
Open wound in the lower limb
Do not use injectable corticosteroids
No fractures
BMI less than 30
No history of threatening joint diseases, osteonecrosis, diabetes, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, neuromuscular disease, history of any symptoms of collagen vascular disease, psoriatic arthritis, gout and pseudo-gout arthritis
Lack of a long history of drug use affecting the musculoskeletal system
Not participating in heavy occupations such as dentists or occupations in which the person stands for hours or carrying heavy loads is part of the client's daily duties.

Not engaging in a particular professional sport
Do not use other complementary therapies at the same time
No severe underlying diseases
No abnormalities in the lower extremities
Normal or controlled vital signs

Exclusion Criteria

Reluctance to continue participating in research
Death
Absence from more than three consecutive sessions of massage
Elimination of any entry requirements during the study period
