Inclusion Criteria
- •Overweight (BMI more than or equal to 23 kg/m2\)
- •Normal weight ((BMI 18\.5 to 22\.9 kg/m2\)
- •20 years to 50 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any chronic disease
- •Medication for dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes or elevated blood pressure
- •History of intestinal surgery
- •Pregnancy/breastfeeding
- •The use of antibiotics, pro\-prebiotics within 3 months
