Inclusion Criteria
Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss (other ear being normal) based on PTA (Bone conduction threshold > 25 dB)
Exclusion Criteria
a. Age < 18 years or > 50 years
b. Any significant co morbidities which may affect hearing or quality of life
c. Any conductive or mixed hearing loss in either ear
d. Any history of ear discharge from either ear
e. Non-consenting individuals
