This study will be held at Department Of Anaesthesiology at All Institute Of Medical Sciences, Risikesh. The primary objective of this study is to compare the predictive accuracy of ultrasound guided laryngeal column width compared to traditional extubation readiness criteria (cuff leak test).
The hypothesis is that ultrasound measurements of the upper and laryngeal airway can serve as predictive markers for the extubation readiness and predicting risk of post-operative complications like stridor or respiratory failure.

入选标准
- •Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 65 years, BMI≤30 kg/m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading I-II, Undergoing elective surgery with general anaesthesia and endotracheal intubation and providing Consent to participate.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women, Patients with predicted difficult airway, Patients with abnormal pharynx or laryngeal anatomy, Patients with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, Patients with preoperative coagulation disorders, Surgery done in prone position, Refusal to participate.

- To compare the predictive accuracy of other airway ultrasound parameters in conjunction with traditional extubation readiness criteria.(To assess whether pre-anesthetic ultrasound measurements can serve as predictive markers for the risk of post-operative respiratory failure.)
