Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa-1)Pratiloma Vayu (prolonged expiration)
2)Ghurghuraka (wheeze)
3)Shwasakastata (Dyspnoea)
4)Kapha Nistivanam (Spitting of sputum)
5)Kasa (coughing)
6)Asino Labhate Saukhyam (comfortable in orthopnea(seating) position)
7)Peenasa (nasal congestion)
8)Shayanah Shwasapiditah (patient had more Dyspnoea when lying down)
9)Shwasa Vega (Frequency)
10) Krcchrat bhasitam (Difficulty in Speaking)
Age less than 18 and more than 60 years
Severe renal/Hepatic disease
