Age under 65 years old
Patients satisfaction
Middle to deep nasolabial wrinkles

Exclusion Criteria

Diabetes melitus
Patients with hematologic and coagulation problems
Smoking
Pregnancy
Use of Aspirin
Patients with defective immune system
