Early detection and effective management of diabetic foot ulcer can reduce complications, including amputations and possible mortality. With regard to treatment, new medicinal options should be useful to heal the ulcer more quickly than with standard therapies.
It is essential that these foot ulcers are treated more effectively than at present medicine. By this approach, providing adequate and effective health services are necessary for patients and their families. Most of the treatment modalities which are available today are costly and some are affecting quality of life of the patient. So, there is a need of alternative medicine which is cost effective and easy for the treatment of the patient.

入选标准
- •Patient having Dushtavrana w.s.r. to diabetic foot ulcer.
- •Patient with multiple diabetic foot ulcer.
- •Patient with maximum ulcer size of 7X7cm.
排除标准
- •Patient with Hb% lower than 8%.
- •Patient is having uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c more than 6.5%) and other major illness like AIDS, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Malignancy, Varicose ulcer, Deep vein thrombosis, Arterial ulcer, Ischemic ulcer, Leprosy, Acute and Chronic renal failure, Jaundice and cirrhosis of liver.
- •Patient having elevated PT-INR.
- •Patient in septicemia.
