- test anxiety or subjective excessive excitement before exams
Exclusion Criteria
- Age under 18 years
- current psychotherapy
- current participation in another (online) intervention to reduce test anxiety
- severe mental disorders (severe depressive disorder, disorders of the schizophrenic type)
