Inclusion Criteria
- •1. diagnosed with sepsis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. pregnancy, 2. Requiring resuscitation at ED arrival including mechanical ventilation or CPR, 3. trauma, 4. Injury or intercostal drainage at ultrasound performing site, 5. previous diagnosis with diaphragmatic dysfunction, 6. neuromuscular disease or prolong steroid used
