Name Time Method Main Objective: To elucidate the question, whether or not the recurrence rate of surgically treated spontaneous pneumothorax is influenced by the perioperaitve administration of diclofenac-natrium/orfenadrincitrate.;Secondary Objective: Opiate requirement for analgesia in the two groups.;Primary end point(s): To elucidate the question, whether or not the administration of diclofenac-natrium/orfenadrincitrate has an influence on the rate of recurrence in surgically treated spontaneous pneumothorax.
