Spontaneous pneumothorax
Indication for surgical treatment
Age 18 - 40

Exclusion Criteria
Traumatic or secondary pneumothorax
Pregnancy
Inability to give informed consent
Age unter 18 or above 40
Renal impairment or renal insufficiency
History of thrombosis
History of gastrointestinal ulcer

Name Time Method Main Objective: To elucidate the question, whether or not the recurrence rate of surgically treated spontaneous pneumothorax is influenced by the perioperaitve administration of diclofenac-natrium/orfenadrincitrate.;Secondary Objective: Opiate requirement for analgesia in the two groups.;Primary end point(s): To elucidate the question, whether or not the administration of diclofenac-natrium/orfenadrincitrate has an influence on the rate of recurrence in surgically treated spontaneous pneumothorax.
