Inclusion Criteria
- •\* Documented CP diagnosis;
- •\* Age 40 years or older;
- •\* Good comprehension of Dutch language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\* Severe learning difficulties (an (estimated) IQ lower than 70\) as documented
- •in the patient record;
- •\* Severe comorbidity (including depression, severe somatic disorders).
