Inclusion Criteria

Patients with the diagnostic criteria laid down by IHS (International Headache Society), for Migraine without Aura (MO) will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Previously diagnosed cases of headache due to secondary causes will be excluded.

2.Patients with other systemic disorders which can interfere with the course of treatment will be excluded

To evaluate the efficacy of pooga paka in migraine without aura in comparison with pathyadi kashaya on the basis of MIDAS Questionnaire. To assess the intensity of symptoms like duration of headache, frequency of headache, severity of headache, photophobia, phonophobia, nausea and vomiting a suitable scoring pattern will be used.Timepoint: 15 days
