- •Patients of CKD stage 3 (eGRF 30-60 ml/min) (20) with diagnosed type 2 DM and undergoing coronary angioplasty
排除标准
- •1.Right coronary interventions
- •2.Acute coronary syndrome (within 3 months)
- •3.Emergency conditions such as hemodynamic instability, electric or mechanical complications.
- •4.Congestive heart failure
- •5.Hemoglobin level <8 g %
- •6.Hyperkalemia (serum K+ >5.3 mEq/L)
- •7.Obstructive uropathy
