1.Diagnosis DLBCL and receiving high dose corticosteroid -containing chemotherapy regimen R-CHOP. Who received treatment at the Department of Hematology of Siriraj Hospital from February 15, 2019 to February 14, 2021.
2.The patients 18 years and older and participate project by sign ICF.
1.The patient has a history of Adrenal Insufficiency before. or currently receiving treatment.
2.The patient has a history of CT results showing that nodules in the adrenal glands were present.
3.The patient has a history of drugs steroids use. or suspected drugs steroids were an prior to participating in the research. and during the research.

Name Time Method Incidence of adrenal insufficiency in patients with DLBCL lymphoma while receiving chemotherapy. First clinical visit and after Treatment with the 5th Chemotherapy. The ACTH stimulation test is normal .
