入选标准
- •(1) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form;
- •(2) The patients with mild to moderate chronic heart failure (CHF) were 18-80 years old, who were in ACC / AHA stage B and C, NYHA grade II - III;
- •(3) TCM syndrome differentiation is in accordance with Qi deficiency, blood stasis and water stagnation;
- •(4) One of the following two criteria is met:
- •? 40% <= LVEF <= 50% and NT proBNP > 300ng / L.
排除标准
- •(1) Acute myocardial infarction patients;
- •(2) Walking difficulty caused by double lower limb disorder;
- •(3) Severe mental illness can not cooperate, malignant tumor, pregnancy;
- •(4) Severe liver or / and kidney dysfunction, severe anemia;
- •(5) Taking traditional Chinese medicine (including Chinese patent medicine) or participating in other clinical trials in recent two weeks.
