入选标准
- •?Adults aged 65 and older scheduled to receive the recombinant zoster vaccine (Recombinant Zoster Vaccine, RZV) at Bundang Seoul National University Hospital.
- •?For 100 individuals, screening will be conducted using the K-FRAIL tool, with plans to enroll 40 in the robust group, 40 in the pre-frail group, and 20 in the frail group.
排除标准
- •?Individuals with immunosuppression (e.g., undergoing cancer treatment within the past 5 years, taking immunosuppressive drugs, or having autoimmune diseases)
- •?Individuals who have received another vaccination within the past 2 weeks
- •?Individuals who have had a shingles infection within the past year
- •?Individuals who have received the Zostavax vaccine within the past year
- •?Individuals who do not consent to participate in this study and the follow-up study
