Inclusion Criteria
1)Males or females aged 16-55 years
2)Diagnosed by a physician with lateral ankle sprain (Grade I-II) at least 4 days and up to 14 days with visual analog scale at least 30/100
3)Adequate ability to communicate in Thai and to cope with a visual analog scale for pain
Exclusion Criteria
1)Have redness and warmth at area of ankle sprain
2)Received radiotherapy in the last 6 months
3)Have numbness of lower extremity
4)Have vestibular problems confirmed by medical history
5)Have contraindications of US
