Inclusion Criteria
- •: Twenty\-six patients over 50 years of age, showing obstructive pattern in preoperative pulmonary function test (PFT) : FEV1 / FVC \< 70%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) ß \- blocker using patients
- •2\) 12 hours before anesthesia, ß2 \- adrenergic agonist or anticholinergic inhaler or corticosteroid or theophylline treatmest patients
- •3\) hyperseneitivity to tulobuterol patch
