入选标准
- •1. Both male and female participants in the age group of 20 years to 50 years will be enrolled.
- •2. Participants who have acute fissure in ano with longitudinal ulcer in anterior midline or posterior midline or both with excruciating pain,bleeding,spasm of anal sphincter diagnosed by clinical examination.
- •3. Participants with written informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Participants below 20 years and above 50 years of age.
- •2. Known case of colorectal carcinoma, chrons disease, ulcerative colitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, intestinal fistula
- •3. Pregnant and lactating women
- •4. Known case of Diabetes mellitus, anaemia
- •5. Known case of HIV, hepatitis B, other venereal diseases
