Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Physical fitness instructors (Weight trainers, Aerobic trainers, Zumba instructors and Yoga instructors); with the age range of 18 â?? 40 years and minimum work experience of 1 year
Exclusion Criteria
- •Physical fitness instructors with any health issues, smoking/drinking habits and usage of steroids. Physical fitness instructors who are involved in any other vocally demanding activities
