Inclusion Criteria

The study population will consist of people aged = 18 years, without gender restriction, who sought pharmaceutical care at a university pharmacy with a main complaint of anxiety or symptoms that characterize anxiety.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who do not adhere for any reason to the treatment with the proposed herbal medicine during the three months of follow-up in this study will be excluded from the study.
