Inclusion Criteria
To have clinical diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa; overestimation or underestimation in the Body Perception Index;age between 18 and 45 years; in the case of patients with anorexia nervosa, BMI below 18
Exclusion Criteria
Psychotic patients with severe depression

Name Time Method Expected outcome 1: We expect the decrease of the degree of body image distortion with IMP test to evaluate its classification<br>;Outcome found 1: There was a decrease in the degree and classification of body image distortion in the intervention group.;Expected outcome 2: Obtain smaller scores in the EAT, DEAS and BES tests comparing inical and final scores;Outcome found 2: A significant difference was found in the EAT in the intervention group.
