入选标准
- •Children in the age group of 9 to 12 years requiring restorative treatment under nitrous oxide sedation AND ASA class 1 and 2
- •Children who will be found anxious using Modified Child Dental Anxiety Scale faces version (MCDASf) AND without any previous history of nitrous oxide – oxygen sedation procedure and requiring restorative procedure not exceeding 30 mins.
排除标准
- •Children who are unable to accept breathing through the nasal mask.
- •Children with epilepsy or seizures and taking medication with sedative effects
- •Children with sensory processing disorders, musculoskeletal disorders and recent ear surgery.
- •Children with prevailing upper respiratory tract infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.
