- •Male individuals not currently involved in active sports or any other form of exercise such as yoga, for more than 3 times a week, for the past 6 months.
排除标准
- •i. lower limb or back injury in the last 6 months
- •ii. Any known cardiac or respiratory comorbidity
- •iii. Cardiac pace maker
- •iv. 1st year Medical students.
