- •1\)Patients undergoing Dynamic hip screw fixation, Total hip replacement \& Proximal femoral nailing
- •2\)ASA I \& II patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patient refusal
- •2\)Critically ill patients (ASA III \& above)
- •3\)Evidence of coagulopathy
- •4\)Infection at the site of puncture
- •5\)Pregnant patients
