Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosis - Space Occupying Lesion(brain tumor)
2. Glasgow Coma Scale score > 12
3. Duration of surgery 4 to 5 hours
4. ASA grade 1 or 2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient not giving consent
2. Coronary Heart Disease
3. Cerebro Vascular Disease
4. Thrombo Embolic Disease
5. Hypertensive patient
