入选标准
- •1) Subjects with aged 60 to 85 years at the time of acquisition of the content
- •2) Subjects who complained of subjective memory impairment
- •3) Subjects who showed performance below normal at least one cognitive domain (z score =< - 1.0 SD) on the last neuropsychological test that assessed objectively the cognitive function
- •4) Subjects with no significant functional disability in activities of daily living (Korean instrumental activities of daily living < 0.43)
- •5) Subjects with moderate to severe white matter hyperintensity on the last MRI
- •6) Subjects who are able to read and understand the subject explanations and consent forms and who can participate in the questionnaires by themselves
排除标准
- •1) Presence of a neurologic diseases other than subcortical vascular cognitive impairment that affect memory or gait disturbance
- •2) History of seizure with the exception of childhood fibrile seizures
- •3) History of psychiatric disease which is clinically significant major psychiatric disorder according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V (DSM-V) axis I (eg. mental retardation, dementia, schizophrenia, alcohol abuse, bipolar disorder)
- •4) Presence of skull abnormality, inflammation or other dermatological problems that affect the attachment of the electrode
- •5) History of stroke
- •6) Presence of other medical condition or neurological disease that affect cognitive function (eg. thyroid disease, vitamine B12 or folate deficiency, traumatic brain injury, Huntinton's disease, Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis, Cerebral palsy, Meningoencephalitis)
- •7) History of malignancies within the previous 3 years
- •8) History of neurosurgery or neurovascular surgery
- •9) Severe or unstable medical condition that would interfere the subject's safety
- •10) Presence of dyspnea whild sitting still
- •11) History of impaired memory, language or problem solving ability for more than 2 hours after a heart attack
- •12) Treatment with antipsychotics, antidepressant or mood stabilizer
- •13) History of drug abuse within the previous 5 years
- •14) History of alcohol abuse within the previous 5 years
- •15) History of loss of conscious for more than 1 hours with the exception of general anesthesia
- •16) History of admission with traumatic brain injury
- •17) Severe impairment of vision or hearing that would preclude the subject from taking tests
- •18) Subjects who participated in other clinical trials within 30 days from the screening date
- •19) Presence of other resons for banning the use of transcranial direct current stimulation device (eg. metal plate inserted brain)
