Inclusion Criteria

Patients with hypospadias undergoing first surgery

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with multiple surgeries for hypospadias
Patients with concurrent surgery on another organ
Patients with scrotal and perineal hypospadias
Patients with connective tissue disorder
Patients with iatrogenic trauma to dressing after surgery
Patients with coagulopathy
Age at surgery time less than six months
Age at surgery time above ten years
