- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method We expect to find out the determinants of the transitions between sarcopenia stages (pre-sarcopenia, sarcopenia, and confirmed sarcopenia), assessed according to the revised European Working Group on Sarcopenia in Older People consensus (muscle strength, muscle mass, and physical performance).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method We expect to verify an association of sarcopenia traits, assessed by muscle strength, muscle mass, and physical performance, with clinical outcomes (i.e., falls, hospitalization, and mortality) assessed by medical records.
