The infant is admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit;
The infant is completely dependent on the tube to feeding, and at the start of the study, the neonatologist did not order oral feeding;
The infant does not receive sedative medications such as phenobarbital, fentanyl, morphine, and etc;
The infant is physiologically stable within 24 hours before the starting of the study;
The infant does not have infantile anomalies or craniofacial abnormality;
The parent's parents are fully satisfied with their infant's study;
Chronic medical conditions, including intraventricular hemorrhage grade 3 and 4, intracranial hemorrhage, periventricular leukemia, Necrotizing Enterocolitis, neonatal seizure
Infant death
Parental dissatisfaction with the association of the study
Discharging or transferring the infant from the hospital during the 10-day period of intervention
Infant physiological instability more than two days sequentially or alternatively

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Determination and comparison the mean scores of oral feeding readiness in preterm infants before and after the intervention in all three groups. Timepoint: pre and post of intervention period. Method of measurement: By Preterm Oral feeding readiness assessment scale.;Determination and comparison the mean of gestational age when infant reach independent oral feeding. Timepoint: in the time of independent oral feeding. Method of measurement: When preterm infant achieved 8 oral feeding during daily for two sequential days.;Determination and comparison of intervention on mean gestational age at discharge time from neonatal intensive care unit between the three groups. Timepoint: In the time of discharge from NICU. Method of measurement: Documentation of discharge date.
