Infection, Fever = or > 38C Serious comorbidity Interstitial pneumonitis/fibrosis Peripheral neuropathy/edema Raynaud symptom/peripheral arterial disease Finger skin/bone/soft tissue metastasis Positive HBsAg Apparent nail adverse effect Decision by primary physician
