Inclusion Criteria
1)Patient with sign and symptoms Glani, Gaurav, Vishtambha, Bhrama, Marutamudhata, Ati mala pravrutti as mentioned in Yog Ratnakar. (minimum 2 symptoms present will be included)
2)Selection of patients will be irrespective of gender and socio-economical class.
3)Age limit from 18- 60 yrs.
4)Patients who are willing to enroll in the research.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Oesophageal Varices.
2)Chronic liver diseases.
3)Cancer of Oesophagus, Stomach.
4)Gastric ulcers, Duodenal ulcers.
5)Chronic illness and infection like Tuberculosis, Cancer(malignancy).
6)Pregnant women / Lactating mothers.
