- •1.Clinically diagnosed case of primary gout confirm by laboratory investigation on
- •hyperuricemia.
- •2. Both sexes male and female irrespective of socioeconomic state.
- •3. Age from 30 to 70 years patient who write consent form will be taken as inclusion
- •4. Any patient who has acute and chronic gout will be taken.
- •5. A patient who has uric acid level 6.5-7.5mg/dl will be taken.

- •1.Patient who donâ??t fulfill standard definition.
- •2. Patients suffering from life threatening diseases and those who need emergency
- •medical interventions.
- •3. Any patient with other systemic disorder.
- •4. Patient who is not written consent form.
