- •Patient who were not able to find culprit arrhythmia despite routine cardiac evaluation
- •Patients who have no contraindication for implantable loop recorder insertion
- •Patients who can read and understand the protocol and risk/benefit of the current study

- •Patients who declined to give informed consent
- •Patients who are considered inadequate to participate in the current study by duty physician
