Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age more than 18 years
- •2\.Sedated, paralysed mechanically ventilated patients
- •3\.Patients requiring volume expansion
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Refusal of consent
- •2\.Pregnant females
- •3\.Persistent cardiac arrhythmias
- •4\.LVEF \< 50 %
- •5\.Significant valvular heart disease
- •6\.Poor echogenic window
