Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients more than 18 years of age and admitted within 24 hours of Injury.
- •2\.All patients who give consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients \<18 years old .
- •2\.Patients with chronic organ failure( chronic liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory failure and cardiac arrest).
- •3\.Patients with chronic degenerative neuro\-illness.
- •4\.Patients who have been treated else where.
