Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients more than 18 years of age and admitted within 24 hours of Injury.
  • •2\.All patients who give consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients \<18 years old .
  • •2\.Patients with chronic organ failure( chronic liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory failure and cardiac arrest).
  • •3\.Patients with chronic degenerative neuro\-illness.
  • •4\.Patients who have been treated else where.
