1) Either gender and age group of 20 to 60 year.
2) The patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Sthaulya mentioned in classical texts.
3) Individuals having BMI value more than 30 with waist Hip ratio , in women > 0.85,in men >0.90
1) Patients having poorly controlled blood pressure >160/100 mHg.
2) Patients having complication such as uncontrolled DM, Cardiovascular diseases
3) Patients on prolonged medication( >6 weeks) with corticosteroids or any other drug that
may have an influence on the outcome of study. .
4) Vulnerable groups like children, pregnant women, elderly people etc.
5) Patients having other systemic complications like malignancies or having
Hepatic/renalproblems.
6) Patients who are currently participating in any other clinical trials (since
last6Month’s).
All of the above patients will not be included in the study
