- •Age 18–60 years
- •ASA physical status I or II
- •Undergoing nasal surgery under general anesthesia
- •No significant laryngotracheal disease
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Pregnancy
- •Diabetes mellitus
- •Difficult airways, neck pathology, or GERD.
- •Malignant nasal disease.
- •Recent use of systemic or topical sore throat agents.
- •Regular smokers (Regular smokers are individuals who have smoked at least one cigarette per day for the past 30 days or more).
- •Allergic to study medications.
