1) Type1 diabetes mellitus. 2) Patients with serious ketosis, diabetic coma, or pre-coma. 3) Patients with severe infection, before and after surgery, or severe injury. 4) Patients with pregnancy or lactating. 5) Patients with severe hepatic dysfunction. 6) Patients with renal impairment. 7) Patients treated with insulin. 8) Patients who has a history of adverse events with each drugs. 9) Patients who has a history of hypersensitivity to each drugs. 10) Patients who are judged unsuitable to participate the trial.
