简要总结
This randomized clinical trial will aim to compare the effects of diaphragmatic training and chin tuck exercises on forward neck posture among students. A total of 44 participants will be divided into two groups Group A will receive diaphragmatic training, and Group B will perform chin tuck exercises over a 4 week period. Forward neck posture will be assessed using the craniovertebral angle as the primary outcome measure.

入选标准
- •Both the genders Students of age between 18 to 26 years The cranio vertebral angle less than 49 degrees Usage of smart phone and computer for an average of 4 hours or more a day.
排除标准
- •Chest deformations or respiratory disorders (5) Scoliosis or kypho scoliosis Barrel or pectus excavatum History of neck injury History of any trauma or fracture to the cervical spine, clavicle, scapula and ribs A congenital deformity in the neck such as torticollis.
