Inclusion Criteria
1.Histologically confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma symptomatic for pain.
2.Willing to participate in the study and informed consent signed.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Prior history of Radiation therapy to the site planned for radiotherapy now.
2.Surgical intervention performed.
3.Evidence of Fracture.
4.Spinal cord compression.
5.Asymptomatic pts.
6.Hemi-body irradiation planned
7.Predicted life expectancy <= 3 months
8.Presence of neurological deficit
9.Presence of large soft tissue on CT/ MRI
10.Conditions or circumstances that may interfere with treatment or follow-up
