1. male patients with COPD diagnosis
2. disease severity stage I-IV
3. age >= 40 years
4. comprehend the conversation
If they have one of the following conditions, they will be excluded from the study:
1. any neurological condition that may affect urinary function
2. any diseases and conditions that involve urinary tract such as bladder stone, urethral stenosis, interstitial cystitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome, prostatic or urethral or bladder surgery, prostatic or urethral or bladder cancer, and/or pelvic radiotherapy, uncompensated heart failure
3. being unwilling for participation
4. If any patients with COPD who are aged more than 80 years, they will be excluded for urodynamic study
