入选标准
- •1. Orotracheal intubation with invasive mechanical ventilation and the ventilation time is expected to exceed 3 days;
- •2. Aged 18 to 90 years;
- •3. No contraindications to acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and rehabilitation exercises;
- •4. The legal guardian or authorized principal signs the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Known neuromuscular disease or respiratory disease;
- •2. Restrictive diaphragmatic movement disorders such as unresolved pneumothorax, abdominal hypertension, and massive ascites;
- •3. Chest, rib deformity, rib fracture, lower extremity fracture or amputation;
- •4. Ultrasound to observe local skin damage and infection sites;
- •5. Local skin damage and acupoint infection;
- •6. Temporary and permanent pacemaker indwelling;
- •7. Various reasons (severe intestinal gas, structural abnormalities) lead to the inability of ultrasound to detect diaphragm movement.
