Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All adult male patients who present with LUTS with metabolic syndrome are eligible for study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having
- •1\) Carcinoma prostate
- •2\) Stricture urethra
- •3\) Haematuria
- •4\) History of previous surgical treatment for BPH.
- •5\) Men with history of pelvic radiotherapy
- •6\) Patients not willing to participate in study
- •7\) Patients with calculus disease/neurogenic disease/paediatric patients
